The Heart and Hands Art Center is owned and operated by Elaine Cardella-Tedesco. Elaine (Mrs.T) has been working as an illustrator for many years. Her award winning collages have appeared on book jackets, album covers, and in newspapers and magazines throughout the world. Elaine holds a BFA degree from Parson's School of Design in New York City and an MFA degree from the University of Hartford. She lives in Port Jervis, N.Y. with her husband and two children.
