CLASSES:

All young people's classes will be taught by Mrs. T. Guest artists will be offering special workshops for adults.

Parent-Toddler Program
Children ages 2-4 will experiment with color, shape, pattern and textures. They will develop and improve their visual and fine motor skills. This class may be their first classroom experience where they will meet new friends and interact with the teacher and still have mom or dad close by. All materials will be supplied. Children should bring a smock or shirt.
Tuition: $30.00 per session. 1 hour

Arts and Crafts Play Group
Children ages 5-9 will start class with a light discussion exposing them to individual artist, various periods of art, multi-cultural art, different mediums and techniques, and the basic elements of art (line, shape, color, pattern etc.). Each discussion will be followed by a project that they can proudly take home. All materials will be supplied. Children should bring a smock or old shirt.
Tuition: $30.00 per session. 1 hour

Teen Studio Drawing and Painting
Young people ages 10-19 will be exposed to individual artist, various periods of art, multi-cultural art, different mediums and techniques, and the basic elements of art (line, shape, color, pattern etc.). Emphasis will be on drawing and painting skills. For high school seniors, there will be an emphasis on developing a portfolio for entrance into an art college. A 14" x 17" sketch book will be required. All other materials will be supplied.
Tuition: $30.00 per session. 1 hour

Midweek Class for Homeschool Students
This class will be for homeschool children who would like to add art to their curriculum. To accommodate siblings, classes may be divided into two age categories or may be adjusted according to the age of students. Classes will be similar to the Arts & Crafts Play Group and the Teen Studio.
Tuition: $30.00 per session. 1 hour

Adult Drawing and Painting
This class is for adults and serious art school bound students. Emphasis will be on drawing and painting from still-lifes and live models. Mature high school students will be allowed to join with special permission from parents. A 14" x 17" sketch book will be required. Most other materials will be supplied.
Tuition: $30.00 per session. 2 hours

Special adult workshops will be announced as they become available. Tuition will vary.
