The Heart and Hands Art Center is owned and operated by Elaine Cardella-Tedesco. Elaine (Mrs.T) has been working as an illustrator for the past sixteen years. Her award winning collages have appeared on book jackets, album covers, and in newspapers and magazines throughout the world. Elaine holds a BFA degree from Parson's School of Design in New York City. Her work has been exhibited locally at The Artery in Milford, PA. She currently lives in Port Jervis, N.Y. with her husband and two children.
